960. The Committee draws the attention of the State party to its general comment No. 6 of 2005 on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.

It was noted that in line with the general comment No. 6 of the Committee on the Rights of the Child on treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin, it was important to interpret the refugee definition in a child, gender and diversity-sensitive way.
وجرى التنويه بأن من المهم تفسير تعريف اللاجئ بطريقة يفهمها الطفل وتراعي الجوانب الجنسانية والتنوع، وذلك تماشيا مع التعليق العام رقم 6 للجنة حقوق الطفل بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم والمنفصلين عنهم خارج بلد المنشأ.

293. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin:

531. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children Outside their Country of Origin, take all necessary measures to:
531- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ جميع التدبير اللازمة للقيام بما يلي مع مراعاة تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 6(2005) بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم والمنفصلين عنهم خارج بلد منشئهم:

848. At its 1052nd meeting, the Committee adopted its general comment No. 6 on " treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside of their country of origin " (see CRC/GC/2005/6).

73. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin:

Taking into account general comment No. 6 (2005) of the Committee on the Rights of the Child on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin, and taking note of the holding of the day of general discussion of the Committee in 2012 on the rights of all children in the context of international migration,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها التعليق العام رقم 6 (2005) للجنة حقوق الطفل بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم والمنفصلين عنهم خارج بلدانهم الأصلية() وإذ تلاحظ عقد يوم المناقشة العامة للجنة في عام 2012 في موضوع حقوق جميع الأطفال في سياق الهجرة الدولية،

In line with its general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin, the Committee recommends that the State party effectively implement the Protocol related to the treatment of children separated from parents and take all necessary measures to ensure that:
57- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، تمشياً مع تعليقها العام رقم 6(2005) بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم والمنفصلين عنهم خارج بلد منشئهم، بأن تنفذ البروتوكول المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال المنفصلين عن والديهم تنفيذاً فعالاً وأن تتخذ جميع التدابير الضرورية لضمان ما يلي:

(e) Take all measures to guarantee protection of refugee children in line with international human rights and refugee law, while taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 6 of 2005 on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin;
(ه) اتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لضمان حماية الأطفال اللاجئين وفقاً لأحكام القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان واللاجئين، مع مراعاة تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 6 لعام 2005 بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم والمنفصلين عنهم خارج بلد منشئهم؛

545. In the light of articles 3 and 22 and other relevant provisions of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin (CRC/GC/2005/6):

UNHCR and the Committee on the Rights of the Child have established a mechanism for exchange of information and views on issues relating to displaced children, in particular refugee and stateless children, and UNHCR contributed comprehensively to the drafting of general comment No. 6 (CRC/GC/2005/6) on the " treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin " adopted by the Committee on 3 June 2005.
