Article 338(1) TFEU empowers the Union to adopt measures for the production of statistics where necessary for the performance of the activities of the Union.
وتخول المادة 338(1) من معاهدة عمل الاتحاد الأوروبي الاتحادَ اتخاذ تدابير من أجل إعداد إحصاءات، حسب الاقتضاء، تقيس أداء أنشطته.

Each institution, body, office or agency must ensure that its proceedings are transparent and elaborate specific provisions regarding access to its documents (Article 15(5) TFEU).

Article 157(3) TFEU confers specific competence to enact EU legislation relating to equal opportunities, equal treatment and equal pay for men and women in employment and occupation.
وتحدّد المادة 157(3) من معاهدة عمل الاتحاد الأوروبي صلاحيات خاصة لسن تشريعات الاتحاد الأوروبي المتعلقة بتكافؤ الفرص والمساواة في المعاملة والمساواة في الأجور بين الرجال والنساء في مجالي التوظيف والعمل.

230. The EO can receive complaints, undertake ex officio investigations and produce reports (Article 228 TFEU) on maladministration in the activities of the EU institutions, bodies, offices and agencies, including the Commission and the FRA.
230- ويخول لمكتب أمين المظاليم تلقي الشكاوى وإجراء التحقيقات بحكم المنصب وإصدار التقارير (المادة 228 من معاهدة عمل الاتحاد الأوروبي) عن سوء إدارة أنشطة مؤسسات الاتحاد الأوروبي وهيئاته ومكاتبه ووكالاته بما فيها المفوضية ووكالة الاتحاد الأوروبي للحقوق الأساسية.

In the Netherlands, the District Court of Rotterdam, which is in charge of reviewing decisions taken by the Dutch competition authority, the NMa, applies an intense degree of review for the decisions taken based on the application of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU (former Articles 81 and 82 EC).

266. Article 15(3) TFEU stipulates that " any citizen of the Union, and any natural or legal person residing or having its registered office in a Member State, shall have a right of access to documents of the Union's institutions, bodies, offices and agencies, whatever their medium " .
266- تنص المادة 15(3) من معاهدة عمل الاتحاد الأوروبي على أنه " يحق لكل مواطن في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو لأي شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري يقيم في إحدى دوله الأعضاء أو مسجل فيها أن ينفذ إلى وثائق مؤسسات الاتحاد وهيئاته ومكاتبه ووكالاته، أياً كانت الوسيلة في ذلك " .

234. Any citizen of the Union, and any natural or legal person residing or having its registered office in a Member State, has the right to address, individually or in association with other citizens or persons, a petition to the EP on a matter which comes within the Union's fields of activity and which affects him, her or it directly (Article 227 TFEU).
234- ويحق لكل مواطن في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو أي شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري يقيم في إحدى دوله الأعضاء أو مسجل فيها أن يقدم عريضة، إما بشكل فردي أو بالاشتراك مع مواطنين أو أشخاص آخرين، إلى البرلمان الأوربي بشأن أي مسألة تندرج ضمن مجالات اختصاص الاتحاد وتؤثر عليه بشكل مباشر (المادة 227 من معاهدة عمل الاتحاد الأوروبي).

235. The Commission can deal with citizens' complaints (Article 20(2)(d) TFEU), monitor Member States' compliance with the Convention when implementing EU law and start infringement proceedings in the event of non-compliance within areas of EU competence (Article 258 TFEU).
235- ويجوز للمفوضية أن تتعامل مع شكاوى المواطنين (المادة 20(2)(د) من معاهدة عمل الاتحاد الأوروبي) وترصد التزام الدول الأعضاء بالاتفاقية عند تنفيذها لقانون الاتحاد الأوروبي وتتخذ الإجراءات المتعلقة بالانتهاكات في حال عدم الالتزام وذلك في نطاق مجالات اختصاص الاتحاد الأوروبي (المادة 258 من معاهدة عمل الاتحاد الأوروبي).

236. The monitoring of alleged breaches of the Convention in the form of maladministration in the activities of the EU institutions is primarily the task of the European Ombudsman (EO), who can hear and investigate complaints raising issues of law and good administration, undertake ex officio investigations and produce reports (Article 228 TFEU).
236- إن مهمة رصد الانتهاكات المزعومة للاتفاقية التي تظهر في شكل سوء إدارة أنشطة مؤسسات الاتحاد الأوروبي منوطة بشكل رئيسي بأمين المظالم الأوروبي الذي يمكنه أن يستمع إلى الشكاوى ويحقق فيها حين تتعلق باحترام القانون وبالإدارة الرشيدة، وعليه يجري تحقيقات بحكم المنصب ويصدر تقارير بشأنها (المادة 228 من معاهدة عمل الاتحاد الأوروبي).
