(b) To promote, at the request of Member States, effective, fair and humane criminal justice systems through the use and application of United Nations standards and norms in crime prevention and criminal justice.
(ب) تعزيز إقامة نظم عدالة جنائية فعالة وعادلة وإنسانية بناء على طلب الدول الأعضاء، عن طريق استعمال معايير وقواعد الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية وتطبيقها.

It was noted that a series of operational tools and training materials were being developed by UNODC to assist Member States in the use and application of United Nations standards and norms in crime prevention and criminal justice.
111- ولوحظ أن مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة عاكف على وضع سلسلة من الأدوات العملياتية والمواد التدريبية لمساعدة الدول الأعضاء في استخدام معايير وقواعد الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية وتطبيقها.
