In relation to paragraph 7 of General Assembly resolution 66/167 concerning " measures and policies to promote the full respect for and protection of places of worship and religious sites, cemeteries and shrines, and to take measures in cases where they are vulnerable to vandalism or destruction " , Law 599 of 2000 of the Criminal Code classifies crimes against religious sentiment and respect for the dead.
8 - وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 7 من قرار الجمعية العامة 66/167، المتعلقة باتخاذ " تدابير وسياسات لتعزيز الاحترام التام لأماكن العبادة والمواقع الدينية والمقابر والمزارات وحمايتها، واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة في الحالات التي تكون فيها معرضة للتخريب أو التدمير " ، يقدم القانون 599 لعام 2000 من القانون الجنائي تصنيفا للجرائم التي تنتهك المشاعر الدينية وحرمة الموتى.
