The CN-235 violated the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying east of the area of the Cape of Apostle Andreas before exiting the Nicosia flight information region.
وقامت الطائرة من طراز CN-235 بانتهاك المجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص حيث حلقت شرق منطقة " رأس الرسول أندرياس " ثم غادرت منطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا.

On that day one VIP C-650 military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force entered the Nicosia flight information region violating international air traffic regulations.
ففي ذلك اليوم قامت طائرة عسكرية من طراز VIP C-650 تابعة للسلاح الجوي التركي بدخول منطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا منتهكة بذلك قواعد المرور الجوي الدولي.

On 24 November, one C-160 Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations.
وفي يوم ٢٤ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، دخلت طائرة تركية من طراز C-160 منطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا منتهكة بذلك قواعد المرور الجوي الدولي.

As stated in my previous letters, these Turkish unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules and, at the same time, they are in contravention of the provisions of the Security Council resolutions on Cyprus.
وحسبما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة فإن عمليات الاقتحام التركية غير المصرح بها هذه لمنطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، إنما تُعد انتهاكا لقواعد المرور الجوي الدولي، وهي في الوقت نفسه تتنافى مع أحكام قرارات مجلس اﻷمن المتعلقة بقبرص.

Upon instructions from my Government, I have the honour to draw your attention to new violations of the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and of the flight information region of Nicosia by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, recorded on 11 April 1997.
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، أتشرف بتوجيه انتباهكم إلى ارتكاب الطائرات العسكرية التابعة للسلاح الجوي التركي، في ١١ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٧، انتهاكات جديدة للمجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص ولمنطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا.

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, I wish to protest strongly these new violations of the airspace of the Republic and the unauthorized intrusion into the Nicosia FIR. These aggressive actions of the

At the same time, such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the airspace of the Republic are in violation of international air traffic rules and seriously endanger civil aviation flights over Cyprus.
وفي الوقت نفسه، تمثل أعمال اقتحام غير مأذون بها من هذا النوع لمنطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا والمجال الجوي للجمهورية انتهاكا لقواعد حركة المرور الجوية الدولية وتعرض الرحلات الجوية المدنية فوق قبرص لخطر جدي.

The 2 KC-135s, as well as 12 of the F-16s, exited the Nicosia flight information region towards a south-easterly direction.
وخرجت الطائرتان من طراز )KC-135( والطائرات الاثنتا عشرة من طراز F-16 من منطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا متجهة صوب الجنوب الشرقي.

On 29 October, 31 military aircraft (28 F-16s, 1 CN-235 and 2 KC-135s), as well as 1 military helicopter of the Turkish Air Force, entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations.
ففي يوم ٢٩ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر، اخترقت منطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا إحدى وثلاثون طائرة عسكرية )ثمانية وعشرون طائرة من طراز F-16 وواحدة من طراز CN-235 واثنتان من طراز KC-135( باﻹضافة إلى طائرة هليكوبتر عسكرية تابعة لسلاح الجو التركي، منتهكة بذلك قواعد الملاحة الجوية الدولية.

As stated in my previous letters, such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the National Airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules and, at the same time, they are in contravention of the provisions of the Security Council resolutions on Cyprus which state that such overflights increase tension on the island and undermine efforts towards achieving a final settlement.
وحسبما جاء في رسائلي السابقة، تُعد عمليات الاقتحام هذه غير المصرح بها لمنطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص انتهاكا لقواعد المرور الجوي الدولي، وهي في الوقت نفسه تتنافى مع أحكام قرارات مجلس اﻷمن المتعلقة بقبرص التي تؤكد أن عمليات التحليق هذه تزيد من حدة التوتر في الجزيرة وتقوض الجهود الرامية إلى تحقيق تسوية نهائية.

(b) From 1600 to 1616 hours, two Turkish Air Force fighter aircraft entered the northern and north-western FIRs of Nicosia.
)ب( ومن الساعة ٠٠/١٦ الى الساعة ١٦/١٦، اقتحمت طائرتان مقاتلتان تابعتان للقوات الجوية التركية الجزء الشمالي والجزء الشمالي الغربي من منطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا.

On that day, one VIP C-650 military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force entered the Nicosia FIR from a south-easterly direction, violating international air traffic regulations.
ففي ذلك اليوم، قامت طائرة عسكرية من طراز VIP C-650 تابعة للسلاح الجوي التركي بدخول منطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا قادمة من الاتجاه الجنوبي الشرقي، منتهكة بذلك قواعد المرور الجوي الدولي.
