On 30 November 2004, two F-4 Turkish military aircraft coming in one formation from the FIR of Ankara entered the FIR of Nicosia, violating the international air traffic regulations.

On 8 September 2004, one (1) C-160 Turkish military aircraft entered the FIR of Nicosia, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the occupied area of Mesaoria, before landing at the illegal airport of Tymbou, from where it departed on the same day, in a reverse direction.
وفي 8 أيلول/سبتمبر 2004، دخلت طائرة عسكرية تركية منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا منتهكة القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، حيث حلقت فوق منطقة ميساوريا المحتلة، قبل أن تهبط في مطار تيمبو غير الشرعي، ثم غادرته في نفس اليوم عائدة من حيث أتت.

(a) The two (2) C-130 Turkish military aircraft, coming from the FIR of Ankara entered the FIR of Nicosia, before exiting in a southerly direction.

وكما ذكر في رسائلي السابقة، فإن هذه التوغلات غير المأذون بها في منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا والمجال الجوي للجمهورية تعد انتهاكا لقواعد الحركة الجوية الدولية وتعرﱢض للخطر رحلات الطيران المدني الجوية فوق قبرص.

On 9 October 1994, from 0742 to 1100 hours, two Turkish Air Force F-16 fighters violated the Nicosia FIR flying at a speed of 400-430 knots at an altitude of 4,500-28,000 feet.
وفي ٩ تشرين اﻷول/اكتوبر ١٩٩٤، من الساعة ٤٢/٠٧ الى الساعة ٠٠/١١، انتهكت طائرات القوات الجوية التركيـــة مــن طراز F-16 منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا محلقة بسرعة تتراوح من ٤٠٠ الى ٤٣٠ عقدة وكانت تحلق على ارتفاع يتراوح من ٥٠٠ ٤ الى ٠٠٠ ٢٨ قدم.
