71. At its seventy-fifth session, the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination adopted general recommendation No. 32 on the meaning and scope of special measures in the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
71- واعتمدت لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري في دورتها الخامسة والسبعين التوصية العامة رقم 32 بشأن معنى ونطاق التدابير الخاصة الواردة في الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري.

In that regard, it recommends that the State party take into account the Committee's general recommendation No. 32 (2009) on the meaning and scope of special measures in the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms Racial Discrimination.
