(e) To enhance linkages with the Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunition, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, and other relevant processes, in particular by streamlining implementation efforts at the national, regional and global levels;
(هـ) تعزيز الروابط مع بروتوكول مكافحة صنع الأسلحة النارية وأجزائها ومكوناتها وذخائرها والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة المكمِّل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود الوطنية، والعمليات الأخرى ذات الصلة، وخصوصا بترشيد جهود التنفيذ على كل من الأصعدة الوطني والإقليمي والعالمي؛

The Committee recommends that the State party reconsider the proposal that criminalizes the attempt of prospective migrants to leave the national territory in an irregular manner and to ensure that the new law is in conformity with the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
41- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعيد النظر في القانون المقترح الذي يُجرِّم المحاولات التي يقوم بها المهاجرون المحتملون لمغادرة الإقليم الوطني بطريقة غير نظامية، ولضمان أن يكون القانون الجديد متوافقاً مع بروتوكول مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين براً وبحراً وجواً، المكمِّل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.

4. Encouraging Member States to adopt appropriate legislation or revise existing legislation, bringing it in line with the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, and strengthening criminal justice responses to the smuggling of migrants, including enhancing border control measures and international cooperation;
4- تشجيع الدول الأعضاء على اعتماد التشريعات المناسبة أو تنقيح تشريعاتها القائمة لتوفيقها مع بروتوكول مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين عن طريق البر والبحر والجو الملحق باتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة، وتعزيز سبل تصدي العدالة الجنائية لتهريب المهاجرين، بما يشمل تعزيز تدابير مراقبة الحدود والتعاون الدولي؛
