(k) Identifying, in consultation with the Field Budget and Finance Division, the Office of Military Affairs, the Police Division, the Mine Action Service and field operations, shortfalls in logistics-related self-sustainment categories and major equipment, and following up with troop- and police-contributing countries and field operations to ensure that corrective actions are taken, where required.
(ك) القيام، في ظل التشاور مع شعبة الميزانية والمالية للعمليات الميدانية ومكتب الشؤون العسكرية وشعبة الشرطة ودائرة الأمم المتحدة للإجراءات المتعلقة بالألغام والعمليات الميدانية، بتحديد أوجه النقص في اللوجستيات المتصلة بمعدات الاكتفاء الذاتي والمعدات الرئيسية، ومتابعة الأمر مع البلدان المساهمة بقوات وبأفراد شرطة ومع العمليات الميدانية لكفالة اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية عند الاقتضاء.

(h) The Division, in coordination with the Field Budget and Finance Division of the Department of Field Support, would enhance its outreach to field missions through mission visits and workshops to clarify the roles and timelines for the budget process and to provide technical advice and guidance on results-based budgeting, staffing and financial resource requirements.
(ح) تعزِّز الشعبة، بالتنسيق مع شعبة الميزانية والمالية للعمليات الميدانية التابعة لإدارة الدعم الميداني، اتصالها بالبعثات الميدانية من خلال إجراء زيارات إلى البعثات وتنظيم حلقات عمل لتوضيح الأدوار والأطر الزمنية لعملية إعداد الميزانية، وإسداء المشورة التقنية والتوجيه بشأن الميزنة القائمة على النتائج وملاك الموظفين والاحتياجات من الموارد المالية.
