41. States recognize the significant role that the private sector can play in efforts to combat and prevent trafficking in women and girls and the need to increase collaboration, in particular with the tourism industry and Internet service providers.
41 - تسلّم الدول بالدور المهم الذي يمكن للقطاع الخاص أن يقوم به في الجهود الرامية لمكافحة ومنع الاتجار بالنساء والفتيات، وبالحاجة إلى زيادة التعاون ولا سيما مع صناعة السياحة ومقدّمي خدمات الإنترنت.

45. States recognize the important role that the private sector can play in combating and preventing trafficking in women and girls, as well as the need to intensify collaboration, particularly with the tourism industry and Internet service providers.
45 - تدرك الدول أهمية الدور الذي يمكن أن يؤديه القطاع الخاص في منع الاتجار بالنساء والفتيات ومكافحته، كما تدرك الحاجة إلى تكثيف التعاون، خصوصا مع صناعة السياحة ومقدمي خدمات الإنترنت.

(c) Advocate with the tourism industry the fact that child sex tourism amounts to trafficking and sale and that these are illegal offences under United States law; and
(ج) الحوار مع صناعة السياحة عن أنّ السياحة بدافع ممارسة الجنس مع الأطفال ترتقي إلى جرائم الاتجار والبيع، وهي جرائم غير قانونية بموجب قانون الولايات المتحدة؛

The Committee further urges the State party to strengthen its advocacy with the tourism industry on the harmful effects of child sex tourism, widely disseminate the Charter of Honour for Tourism and the WTO Global Code of Ethics for Tourism among travel agents and tourism agencies and encourage them to sign up for the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism.
كذلك تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز جهودها في مجال الدعوة مع صناعة السياحة بشأن الآثار الضارة للسياحة بدافع ممارسة الجنس مع الأطفال، وعلى نشر ميثاق الشرف للعاملين في مجال السياحة والمدونة العالمية لآداب السياحة التابعة لمنظمة السياحة العالمية على نطاق واسع لدى وكلاء السفر ووكالات السياحة وتشجيعهم على التوقيع على مدونة قواعد السلوك لحماية الأطفال من الاستغلال الجنسي في السفر والسياحة.

The State party should also, through relevant authorities, continue its cooperation with the tourism industry, non-governmental organizations and civil society organizations in order to promote responsible tourism by disseminating the Code of Conduct of the World Tourist Organization among employees of the tourism industry and organizing awareness-raising campaigns for the general public.
وينبغي كذلك أن تعمل الدولة الطرف، عن طريق السلطات المختصة، على تعزيز التعاون مع صناعة السياحة والمنظمات غير الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني بغية تشجيع السياحة المسؤولة وذلك بنشر مدونة قواعد السلوك لمنظمة السياحة العالمية بين صفوف موظفي صناعة السياحة، فضلاً عن القيام بحملات توعية موجهه للجمهور العام.

(c) Reinforce advocacy with the tourism industry on the harmful effects of child sex tourism; widely disseminate the World Tourism Organization Global Code of Ethics for Tourism, and the provisions of the Optional Protocol, including information on legal sanctions among travel agents and tourism agencies;
(ج) تعزيز أنشطة الدعوة مع صناعة السياحة بشأن الآثار الضارة للسياحة بدافع ممارسة الجنس مع الأطفال والقيام، على نطاق واسع، بنشر المدونة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة لمنظمة السياحة العالمية، وأحكام البروتوكول الاختياري، بما في ذلك نشر المعلومات لدى وكلاء السفر ووكالات السياحة عن العقوبات القانونية؛

The establishment of partnerships with the tourism industry and the use of incentives for coral-reef protection (for example, certification schemes, awards for eco-friendly hotels, and engagement of diving or tour operators) can play an important role in this regard;
ومن التدابير التي يمكن أن يكون لها دور هام في هذا الصدد إقامة الشراكات مع صناعة السياحة واستخدام الحوافز لحماية الشعاب المرجانية (من قبيل نظم منح الشهادات، وتقديم الجوائز للفنادق التي تراعي البيئة، وإشراك منظمي أنشطة الغوص أو الرحلات)؛

The Committee also urges the State party, through relevant authorities, to strengthen cooperation with the tourism industry, NGOs and civil society organizations in order to promote responsible tourism by the dissemination of the Code of Conduct of the World Tourist Organization among employees within the tourism industry and awareness-raising campaigns for the general public.
وتحث اللجنة كذلك الدولة الطرف على أن تقوم، عن طريق السلطات المختصة، بتعزيز التعاون مع صناعة السياحة والمنظمات غير الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني بغية تشجيع السياحة المسؤولة بنشر مدونة قواعد السلوك التي وضعتها منظمة السياحة العالمية وسط العاملين في قطاع السياحة، وكذلك بتنظيم حملات لتوعية عامة الجمهور.

The State party should, through relevant authorities, strengthen cooperation with the tourism industry, NGOs and civil society in order to promote responsible tourism, including through the dissemination of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism of the World Tourism Organization on the protection of children from sexual exploitation in travel and tourism among all relevant partners.
26- وينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تعزز، بواسطة السلطات المعنية، تعاونها مع صناعة السياحة والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمجتمع المدني لتشجيع السياحة المسؤولة، مثلاً عن طريق نشر " المدونة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة " ، التي وضعتها المنظمة العالمية للسياحة والتي تعنى بحماية الأطفال من الاستغلال الجنسي في السفر والسياحة، بين جميع الشركاء المعنيين بالموضوع.

(c) Conduct dialogue and advocacy with the tourism industry on the harmful effects of child sex tourism, widely disseminate the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism among travel agents and tourism agencies, and encourage these enterprises to become signatories to the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism; and
(ج) أن تُجري حواراً وتضطلع بعمل دعوي مع صناعة السياحة بشأن الآثار الضارة لاستغلال الأطفال في السياحة الجنسية، وأن تنشر على نطاق واسع المدونة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة في صفوف وكلاء السفر ووكالات السياحة، وأن تشجع هذه المؤسسات على التوقيع على مدونة قواعد السلوك لحماية الأطفال من الاستغلال الجنسي في مجالي السفر والسياحة؛
