A manual/template is currently being developed, in liaison with the CGE, to facilitate the use of the new UNFCCC guidelines for second national communications.

In order to avoid duplication of efforts, it invited the GEF to ensure that the technical support programme works closely with the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communication from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention.

25. On cooperation with the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE), the LEG decided that that its Chair should meet with the Chair of the CGE to discuss areas of cooperation.
25- وفيما يتعلق بالتعاون مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول بالاتفاقية، قرر فريق الخبراء المعني بأقل البلدان نمواً أن يجتمع رئيسه مع رئيس فريق الخبراء الاستشاري لمناقشة مجالات التعاون.

The individual comments on a chapter were analysed by the Intersecretariat Working Group organizations and grouped into several categories, on one end those for the editor's discretion and on the other those requiring further consultation with the Advisory Expert Group.

The secretariat is collaborating with the CGE and the National Communications Support Programme (NCSP) in the organization of this meeting in order to strengthen cooperation among agencies and groups that provide technical support to nonAnnex I Parties.
وتتعاون الأمانة مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري ومع برنامج دعم البلاغات الوطنية، في تنظيم هذا الاجتماع من أجل تقوية أواصر التعاون فيما بين الوكالات والفرق التي تقدِّم الدعم التقني إلى الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول.

Collaboration and coordination with the CGE, noted several Parties, should focus, in the context of functions one and five of the Committee, on matters related to vulnerability and adaptation assessments, and on the reporting, collection and review of information, including information contained in national communications.
34- لاحظ عدد من الأطراف أن التعاون والتنسيق مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري ينبغي أن يركّز، في سياق الوظيفتين الأولى والخامسة للجنة، على المسائل المتصلة بتقييم التكيف والقابلية للتأثر وعلى تقديم وجمع واستعراض المعلومات، بما فيها تلك الواردة في البلاغات الوطنية.

12. The Chair outlined the organization of the workshop as per the agenda prepared in consultation with the CGE, which comprised 10 sessions, as follows, taking into account the recommendations from the previous regional workshop:
12- أوجزت الرئيسة تنظيم حلقة العمل بمقتضى جدول الأعمال الذي أُعدّ بالتشاور مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري والذي يشتمل على 10 جلسات نُظمت على النحو التالي، بما يُراعي توصيات حلقة العمل الإقليمية السابقة().

(b) The Adaptation Committee, in a letter dated 4 July 2013, expressed its willingness to collaborate with the CGE, with a view to enhancing action on adaptation under the Convention.
(ب) أعربت لجنة التكيف، في رسالة مؤرخة 4 تموز/يوليه 2013، عن استعدادها للتعاون مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري بهدف تعزيز إجراءات التكيف في إطار الاتفاقية.

49. With respect to the collaboration with the CGE, the LEG agreed that the Chair of the LEG will communicate with the Chair of the CGE to share information on the regional training workshops for 2012 - 2013.
49- وفيما يتعلق بالتعاون مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، اتفق فريق الخبراء على أن يجري رئيسه اتصالات مع رئيس الفريق المذكور لتبادل المعلومات بشأن حلقة عمل تدريبية إقليمية للفترة 2012-2013.

9. The second meeting of the reconstituted CGE was held back-to-back with the workshop on initial national communications from non-Annex I Parties organized by the NCSP in collaboration with the CGE.

To organize a back-to-back meeting with the CGE in line with the LEG's terms of reference and to establish a link on adaptation issues.

The LEG decided to develop a case study on how to prepare a NAPA alongside a first national communication, based on the situation of Equatorial Guinea, and proposed to collaborate with the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE) if this could be incorporated with the CGE's new work plan.

The LEG also resumed its discussion on ways of assisting Equatorial Guinea, in collaboration with the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention, in preparing its NAPA alongside its initial national communication.
واستأنف الفريق مناقشة السبل لمساعدة غينيا الاستوائية بالتعاون مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، في إعداد برنامج عملها الوطني للتكيف إلى جانب بلاغها الوطني الأول.

48. The LEG decided to share updates on progress in the implementation of its work programme with the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE), through its members that are also members of the CGE.
48- وقرّر فريق الخبراء تقاسم معلومات محدّثة عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ برنامج عمله مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، وذلك عن طريق أعضائه المشاركين في هذا الفريق الاستشاري أيضاً.

a. The secretariat, in collaboration with the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention, the Least Developed Countries Expert Group and the National Communications Support Programme, is encouraged to provide such documentation on best practices and lessons learned.
(أ) تُشجّع الأمانة على التعاون مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، ومع فريق الخبراء المعني بأقل البلدان نمواً، وبرنامج دعم البلاغات الوطنية، من أجل تقديم تلك الوثائق المتعلقة بأفضل الممارسات والدروس المستفادة.

To ensure country involvement and general transparency, all documents for discussion in the meetings of the Intersecretariat Working Group with the Advisory Expert Group will be publicly accessible through the Intersecretariat Working Group web site.
وبغية كفالة المشاركة القطرية والشفافية العامة، ستكون جميع الوثائق المعروضة للنقاش في اجتماعات الفريق العامل المشترك مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري متاحة للجمهور على موقع الفريق العامل المشترك على الإنترنت.

As part of these procedures, issues papers on the plans for the compilation of guides, handbooks and guidance notes will be prepared by the lead organization as the basis for coordination by the Working Group in consultation with the Advisory Expert Group on National Accounts.
وستُعد المنظمة الرائدة، كجزء من هذه الإجراءات، ورقات مسائل بشأن خطط تجميع الأدلة والكتيبات والمذكرات التوجيهية، كأساس للتنسيق الذي يقوم به الفريق العامل بالتشاور مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالحسابات القومية.

(d) Consolidated recommendations for changes will be circulated to countries for comments in 2006 and submitted by the Intersecretariat Working Group in tandem with the Advisory Expert Group for approval by the Commission in March 2007;
