Subsequently the General Assembly in its resolution 49/98 decided on the preparatory process, notably to convene the Meeting of Governmental Experts of Donor Countries and Multilateral and Bilateral Financial and Technical Assistance Institutions with Representatives of the Least Developed Countries (Donor-Recipient Meeting) to prepare for the High-level Intergovernmental Meeting.
ثم اتخذت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٩/٩٨ قرارات بشأن العملية التحضيرية، لا سيما عقد اجتماع الخبراء الحكوميين بالبلدان المانحة ومؤسسات المساعدة المالية والتقنية المتعددة اﻷطراف والثنائية مع ممثلي أقل البلدان نموا )اجتماع المانحين والمستفيدين(، تحضيرا للاجتماع الحكومي الدولي الرفيع المستوى.

The Meeting of Governmental Experts of Donor Countries and Multilateral and Bilateral Financial and Technical Assistance Institutions with Representatives of the Least Developed Countries (Donor/Recipient Meeting), acting as a preparatory meeting for the High-level Intergovernmental Meeting, has made a number of recommendations concerning the organization of the Meeting.1/
٣- قدم اجتماع الخبراء الحكوميين للبلدان المانحة ومؤسسات المساعدة المالية والتقنية المتعددة اﻷطراف والثنائية مع ممثلي أقل البلدان نموا )اجتماع المانحين/المتلقين(، بصفته الاجتماع التحضيري للاجتماع الحكومي الدولي الرفيع المستوى، عددا من التوصيات المتصلة بتنظيم الاجتماع)١(.

The Meeting of Governmental Experts of Donor Countries and Multilateral and Bilateral Financial and Technical Assistance Institutions with Representatives of the Least Developed Countries (Donor-Recipient Meeting), which was held at Geneva from 29 May to 2 June 1995, constituted the main event in the preparatory process leading up to the mid-term global review.
٤٢ - كان اجتماع الخبراء الحكوميين للبلدان المانحة ومؤسسات المساعدة المالية والتقنية المتعددة اﻷطراف والثنائية مع ممثلي أقل البلدان نموا )اجتماع المانحين والمستفيدين(، الذي عقد في جنيف من ٢٩ أيار/مايو الى ٢ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥، هو الحدث الرئيسي في العملية التحضيرية المؤدية الى الاستعراض الشامل في منتصف المدة.
