The Committee recommends that the State party increase efforts to provide international assistance to developing countries to a level commensurate with its resources and in fulfilment of its international obligations under the Covenant to promote the enjoyment of economic, social and cultural rights.
33- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمضاعفة الجهود لتقديم المساعدة الدولية للبلدان النامية حسب مستوى يتناسب مع مواردها وقصد الوفاء بالتزاماتها الدولية بموجب العهد من أجل تعزيز التمتع بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.

(a) Although the State is primarily responsible for the implementation of this right and should therefore adopt a strategy consistent with its resources and capacities to achieve its individual goals, it is nevertheless true that in a world of increasingly interlinked institutions, societies and economies, efforts must be coordinated and responsibilities shared.
(أ) رغم أن الدولة هي المسؤولة أولاً وأخيراً عن تنفيذ هذا الحق، ومن ثم ينبغي لها اعتماد استراتيجية تتمشى مع مواردها وقدراتها لتحقيق أهدافها الإفرادية، فمن الصواب كذلك، وفي عالم يموج بالمؤسسات والمجتمعات الاقتصادية المتداخلة، ضرورة تنسيق الجهود وتقاسم المسؤوليات.
