5 - تعتبر أحكام جميع معاهدات وترتيبات تسليم المجرمين المبرمة فيما بين الدول الأطراف معدلة فيما بين هذه الدول فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المحددة في المادة 2، ما دامت تلك الأحكام تتعارض مع هذه الاتفاقية.
