319. The Committee requests the State party to include in its next periodic report extensive and systematically organized information on the implementation of the Convention in all its Overseas Departments and Territories.
319 - وتطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف أن تدرج في تقريرها المقبل معلومات شاملة ومنظمة بشكل منهجي عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية في جميع مقاطعات وأقاليم ما وراء البحار التابعة لها.

14. The Committee regrets the fact that the State provided incomplete information on the implementation of the Convention in Overseas Departments and Territories.
14 - وتأسف اللجنة لكون الدولة الطرف قدمت معلومات منقوصة عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية في مقاطعات وأقاليم ما وراء البحار.

102. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that minority groups and indigenous peoples of Overseas Departments and Territories enjoy equal enjoyment of their rights and that children receive the possibility to validate their cultural knowledge without discrimination.
وتوصي اللجنـة بأن تضمـن الدولة الطرف تمتع الأقليات والشعوب الأصلية في مقاطعات وأقاليم ما وراء البحار بالمساواة في ممارسة حقوقها وأن يُعترف بصلاحية معارف الأطفال الثقافية دون تمييز.

It further recommends that the State party intensify its efforts to collect data on the extent of sexual exploitation and sale of children, in order to determine the adequate measures to be taken to combat these problems, including in the Overseas Departments and Territories.
كما توصي الدولة الطرف بتكثيف جهودها لجمع البيانات عن مدى الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال وبيعهم وذلك من أجل تحديد التدابير المناسبة التي ينبغي اتخاذها للقضاء على هذه الظواهر في أقاليمها بما فيها مقاطعات وأقاليم ما وراء البحار.

31. CRC reiterated its concern about widespread corporal punishment, in particular in the home and schools, especially in the Overseas Departments and Territories.
31- وكررت لجنة حقوق الطفل الإعراب عن قلقها إزاء انتشار العقوبة البدنية، وبخاصة في المنزل والمدرسة، وتحديداً في مقاطعات وأقاليم ما وراء البحار.

2. The Committee commends the State party for the submission of the sixth periodic report, but regrets that it did not contain sufficient and systematically organized information on the Overseas Departments and Territories and that no easily accessible information was provided on the implementation of the concluding observations of 2003.
2 - تشيد اللجنة بالدولة الطرف على تقديمها تقريرها الدوري السادس، لكنها تأسف لعدم تضمنه معلومات كافية ومنظمة بطريقة منهجية عن مقاطعات وأقاليم ما وراء البحار ولعدم تقديم معلومات يسهل الوصول إليها عن تنفيذ التعليقات الختامية لسنة 2003.
