1. The Secretary-General shall acknowledge in writing receipt of each notification submitted under regulation 3, specifying the date of receipt.

The withdrawal of a declaration made under article 21 of the Convention shall not prejudice the consideration of any matter that is the subject of a communication already transmitted under that article; no further communication by any State party shall be received under that article after the notification of withdrawal of the declaration has been received by the Secretary-General, unless the State party has made a new declaration.
2- لا يخل سحب إعلان مقدم بموجب المادة 21 من الاتفاقية بالنظر في أي مسألة تشكل موضوع رسالة سبقت إحالتها بمقتضى تلك المادة، ولا يجوز تسلم أي رسالة أخرى من أية دولة طرف بمقتضى تلك المادة بعد أن يتسلم الأمين العام إخطار سحب الإعلان، ما لم تكن الدولة الطرف المعنية قد أصدرت إعلاناً جديداً.

2- إن سحب إعلان مقدم بموجب المادة 22 من الاتفاقية لا يخل بالنظر في أي مسألة تشكل موضوع شكوى سبقت إحالتها بمقتضى تلك المادة، وأي شكوى أخرى مقدمة من أي فرد أو باسمه لا يجوز تسلمها بموجب هذه المادة بعد تسلم الأمين العام إخطار سحب الإعلان، ما لم تكن الدولة الطرف المعنية قد أصدرت إعلاناً جديداً.

In that context, the Tribunal had reviewed its Rules in the light of the experience gained, and on 15 March 2001, it had amended articles 111 and 112 of its Rules, extending the time period allocated for the disposal of an application made under article 292 of the Convention from 21 to 30 days.

Art. 19.2: Denunciation shall be without prejudice to the continued application of the provisions of the present Protocol to any communication submitted under article 2 or any inquiry initiated under article 8 before the effective date of denunciation.
المادة ١٩-٢: لا يمس الانسحاب باستمرار تطبيق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أية رسالة مقدمة بموجب المادة ٢ أو أي استفسار مقدم بموجب المادة ٨ قبل تاريخ نفاذ الانسحاب.
