The SBI considered the proposed revisions to the financial procedures required for the adoption of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards and recommended a draft decision on this matter for consideration and adoption at COP 20 (for the text of the draft decision, see document FCCC/SBI/2014/8/Add.1).

At its 8th meeting, on 9 - 10 December, the President recalled that the SBI, at its twenty-second session, had recommended a draft decision on this issue for adoption by the COP at its eleventh session.
