(b) CD/1864 dated 29 May 2009 and entitled " Decision for the establishment of a Programme of Work for the 2009 session " ;
(ب) CD/1864، الصادرة بتاريخ 29 أيار/مايو 2009 والمعنونة " مقرر بشأن وضع برنامج عمل لدورة عام 2009 " ؛

(b) CD/1889 dated 6 July 2010 and entitled " Draft Decision for the establishment of a Programme of work for the 2010 session " ;

Continuing the discussion we began on 9 March on document CD/WP.559 -- a draft Decision for the establishment of a Programme of work for the 2010 session introduced by the President of the Conference -- I should like once again to return to the matter of the President's objective in introducing this document to the Conference.
في إطار مواصلة النقاش الذي بدأناه في 9 آذار/مارس حول الوثيقة CD/WP.559 - مشروع مقرر بشأن وضع برنامج عمل لدورة عام 2010 الذي قدمه رئيس المؤتمر - أود التطرق مرة أخرى إلى موضوع هدف الرئيس من تقديم هذه الوثيقة إلى المؤتمر.

At the 1139th plenary meeting on 29 May 2009, the Conference adopted document CD/1863, entitled " Draft Decision for the establishment of a Programme of Work for the 2009 session " . High appreciation was expressed on the adoption, by consensus, of the programme of work under the Presidency of Ambassador Idriss Jazairy of Algeria.
18- وفي الجلسة العامة 1139 المعقودة في 29 أيار/مايو 2009، اعتمد المؤتمر الوثيقة CD/1863، المعنونة " مشروع مقرر بشأن وضع برنامج عمل لدورة عام 2009 " وتم الإعراب عن تقدير كبير لاعتماد برنامج العمل تحت رئاسة السفير إدريس الجزائري، سفير الجزائر، بتوافق الآراء.

To this end, I have the honour to formally submit to the Conference, on behalf of the P-6, document CD/1863, entitled " Draft Decision for the establishment of a Programme of work for the 2009 session " .
ولهذا الغرض، يشرفني أن أقدم رسمياً إلى المؤتمر، باسم فريق الرؤساء الستة، الوثيقة CD/1863، المعنونة " مشروع مقرر بشأن وضع برنامج عمل لدورة عام 2009 " .

17. At the 1177th plenary meeting, on 9 March 2010, the President, Ambassador Mikhail Khvostov of Belarus, circulated a working paper entitled " Draft Decision for the establishment of a Programme of work for the 2010 session " (CD/WP.559).

Last week my predecessor in this seat, Ambassador Khvostov, whom I would like to thank once again for his efforts throughout his presidency, submitted in his own name a " draft Decision for the establishment of a Programme of work for the 2010 session " , issued as document CD/WP.559.
في الأسبوع الماضي، قدم سلفي في هذا المنصب، السفير خفوستوف، الذي أشكره مرة أخرى على جهوده طيلة فترة رئاسته، باسمه شخصياً " مشروع مقرر بشأن وضع برنامج عمل لدورة عام 2010 " ، صدر بوصفه الوثيقة CD/WP.559.

Mr. Kellerman (South Africa): Mr. President, please allow me, like most of the delegations that have spoken before me, to place on record the thanks of my delegation, especially to you and the other five 2009 Presidents for the initiative you have taken to formally introduce document CD/1863, which contains a draft Decision for the establishment of a Programme of work for the remainder of the Conference's 2009 session.
