In paragraph 8 of decision OEWG-9/5 the Open-ended Working Group requested the Secretariat to prepare a draft decision for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting that would take into account certain elements listed therein.

67. The SBI agreed to continue its consideration of this matter on the basis of, inter alia, the co-facilitators' draft text contained in document FCCC/SBI/2012/33/Add.1, with a view to preparing a draft decision for consideration and adoption at CMP 10.

59. Action: The SBI will be invited to continue its consideration of the matters referred to in paragraph 57 above and to consider the matters referred to in paragraph 58 above and recommend a draft decision for consideration and adoption at COP 20.
59- الإجراء: ستُدعى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ إلى مواصلة نظرها في المسائل المشار إليها في الفقرة 57 أعلاه، والنظر في المسائل المشار إليها في الفقرة 58 أعلاه، والتوصية بمشروع مقرر لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف ويعتمده في دورته العشرين.

15. Action: The SBSTA and the SBI will be invited to consider the report of the Adaptation Committee and recommend draft conclusions or a draft decision for consideration and adoption at COP 20.
15- الإجراء: ستدعى الهيئتان الفرعيتان إلى النظر في تقرير لجنة التكيف والتوصية بمشروع استنتاجات أو مشروع مقرر لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف ويقره في دورته العشرين.

17. Action: The SBSTA and the SBI will be invited to consider the joint annual report and to recommend a draft decision for consideration and adoption at COP 20.
17- الإجراء: ستدعى الهيئتان الفرعيتان إلى النظر في التقرير السنوي المشترك والتوصية بمشروع مقرر لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف ويقره في دورته العشرين.

82. Action: The SBSTA will be invited to continue its work programme to elaborate non-market-based approaches, drawing on the submissions and the technical paper referred to in paragraph 81 above, with a view to recommending a draft decision for consideration and adoption at COP 20.

On a proposal by the President, the COP decided to establish a contact group, co-chaired by Mr. Carlos Fuller (Belize) and Mr. Zitouni Ould-Dada (United Kingdom), to consider the report on modalities and procedures of the TEC and to develop a draft decision for consideration by the COP at the session.
