Taking all of these circumstances into account, the Committee concludes that the facts before it reveal a violation by the State party of articles 6, 7 and 9, read in conjunction with article 2, paragraph 3, of the Covenant, with regard to Ibrahim Durić.

In view of the foregoing, the Committee concluded that the facts before it revealed a violation of article 6, paragraph 1, of the Covenant, and of article 2, paragraph 3, of the Covenant, read in conjunction with article 6.
