بالنظر إلى البندين 27 و28 من الاتفاق المبرم بين منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية وجمهورية النمسا، بشأن مقر منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية، والموقّع عليه يوم 29 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1995، فقد اتفقت منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية وجمهورية النمسا على الآتي:

The expression " Headquarters Agreement " means the Agreement between the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the Republic of Austria regarding the headquarters of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, which was signed on 29 November 1995, as amended from time to time;
3- يعني التعبير " اتفاق المقر " الاتفاق المبرم بين منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية وجمهورية النمسا بخصوص مقر منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية، الذي وُقِّع عليه في 29 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1995، بصيغته المعدّلة من حين إلى آخر؛

2.2 In accordance with this same decision, the headquarters agreements already in force with Italy (FAO headquarters Agreement in Rome) and Switzerland (United Nations Headquarters Agreement in Geneva) continue to apply to the Secretariat.
