10. A person who is being detained or is serving a sentence in the territory of one State Party whose presence in another State Party is requested for purposes of identification, testimony or otherwise providing assistance in obtaining evidence for investigations, prosecutions or judicial proceedings in relation to offences covered by this Convention may be transferred if the following conditions are met:
10- يجوز نقل أي شخص محتجز أو يقضي عقوبته في إقليم دولة طرف ويُطلب وجوده في دولة طرف أخرى لأغراض التعرف أو الإدلاء بشهادة أو تقديم مساعدة أخرى في الحصول على أدلة من أجل تحقيقات أو ملاحقات أو إجراءات قضائية تتعلق بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية إذا استوفي الشرطان التاليان:

19. The requesting State Party shall not transmit or use information or evidence furnished by the requested State Party for investigations, prosecutions or judicial proceedings other than those stated in the request without the prior consent of the requested State Party.
19- لا يجوز للدولة الطرف الطالبة أن تحمل المعلومات أو الأدلة التي تزودها بها الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب، أو أن تستخدمها في تحقيقات أو ملاحقات أو إجراءات قضائية غير تلك المذكورة في الطلب، دون موافقة مسبقة من الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب.

Postponing assistance on the ground that it interferes with an ongoing investigation, prosecution or judicial proceeding is not addressed, though a case example was reported.
ولا يتم التطرق إلى مسألة تأجيل المساعدة لكونها تتعارض مع تحقيقات أو ملاحقات أو إجراءات قضائية جارية، مع أنَّ هناك حالة قد أُبلغ عنها في هذا الشأن.

25. Mutual legal assistance may be postponed by the requested State Party on the ground that it interferes with an ongoing investigation, prosecution or judicial proceeding.
25- يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب تأجيل المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة لكونها تتعارض مع تحقيقات أو ملاحقات أو إجراءات قضائية جارية.

25. Mutual legal assistance may be postponed by the requested State Party on the ground that it interferes with an ongoing investigation, prosecution or judicial proceeding.
25- يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن ترجئ المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة بسبب تعارضها مع تحقيقات أو ملاحقات أو إجراءات قضائية جارية.

11. The requesting State shall not transmit or use information or evidence furnished by the requested State for investigations, prosecutions or proceedings other than those stated in the request without the prior consent of the requested State.
11 - لا يجوز للدولة الطالبة، دون موافقة مسبقة من الدولة متلقية الطلب، أن تحول المعلومات أو الأدلة التي زودتها بها الدولة متلقية الطلب، أو أن تستخدمها في تحقيقات أو ملاحقات أو إجراءات قضائية غير تلك التي وردت في الطلب.

14. The requesting State Party shall not transmit nor use information or evidence furnished by the requested Party for investigations, prosecutions or proceedings other than those stated in the request without the prior consent of the requested Party.
٤١ - لا يجوز للدولة الطرف الطالبة ، دون موافقة مسبقة من الطرف متلقي الطلب ، أن تحول المعلومات أو اﻷدلة التي زودها بها الطرف متلقي الطلب أو أن تستخدمها في تحقيقات أو ملاحقات أو إجراءات قضائية غير تلك التي وردت في الطلب .
