His delegation urged the international community to stand firmly against trafficking in cultural property and take appropriate measures to restore Egypt's looted historical antiquities in accordance with the 1970 Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property.
ويحث وفده المجتمع الدولي على اتخاذ موقف حازم لمكافحة الاتجار بالممتلكات الثقافية وأيضا اتخاذ تدابير ملائمة لاستعادة الآثار المصرية التاريخية المنهوبة وفقا للاتفاقية المتعلقة بوسائل تحريم ومنع استيراد الممتلكات الثقافية وتصديرها ونقل ملكيتها بطرق غير مشروعة لعام 1970.
