5- يدعو الدول الأعضاء التي لم تقدّم بعدُ إلى الأمين العام معلومات عن ممارسة الاختطاف وعن التدابير الداخلية ذات الصلة التي تم اعتمادها، بما في ذلك أي تدابير ذات صلة بتقديم الدعم والمساعدة إلى الضحايا وأُسرهم، إلى القيام بذلك؛
