At the 36th meeting, on 4 November, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees made an introductory statement, and the Committee engaged in a dialogue with the High Commissioner, in which the representatives of Burundi, Iraq, Yemen, the Sudan, Zimbabwe, Egypt, Cameroon, Ethiopia and Algeria participated (see A/C.3/63/SR.36).
