Mr. Torterola (Argentina) suggested that the following sentence, using language taken from the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States, should be added: " Nothing regarding or relating to article 26, paragraph 2 (c), should be construed as derogating from the law on immunity from execution " .
81 - السيد تورتيرولا (الأرجنتين): اقترح إضافة الجملة التالية، التي تستخدم لغة مأخوذة عن اتفاقية تسوية منازعات الاستثمار بين الدول ومواطني الدول الأخرى: " ما من شيء يتعلق أو يتصل بالفقرة 2 (ج) من المادة 26 ينبغي تفسيره على أنه يعني الخروج عن قانون الحصانة من التنفيذ " .

These are designed to permit arbitration proceedings through either the International Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other States (ICSID) (Broches, 1972), or the UNCITRAL rules or similar mechanisms, once national means of resolving a dispute have been waived or exhausted, and after amicable means have not succeeded in settling the dispute.
