He called upon the relevant United Nations system organizations and other international organizations to integrate the Programme of Action into their relevant programmes of work and urged donor countries and multilateral and regional financial and development institutions to provide landlocked and transit developing countries with technical and financial assistance in the form of grants or concessional loans.
