since I last reported on this subject to the Security Council, the National Civil Police has been fully deployed in the departments of La Paz and Cuscatlán and partially deployed in those of Ahuachapán and Sonsonate, thus leaving the departments of San Salvador and La Libertad still under the jurisdiction of the National Police.
