In this regard, it is my deepest regret to inform you that since my last letter to you, the Israeli occupying forces have killed at least 16 Palestinian civilians, including six children, and wounded dozens of others.

وقد مضت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم، في استعمال القوة المفرطة والعشوائية ضد السكان المدنيين الفلسطينيين، وقتلت أكثر من 26 فلسطينيا، منهم عدة أطفال ورجل معاق عقليا، في هجمات مختلفة في كافة أنحاء الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة على مدى ثلاثة أسابيع تقريبا.

As the list of Israeli crimes grows by the minute, I am compelled to share some of the horrifying details emerging from Gaza under Israel's assault since our last letter to you.
وبما أن قائمة الجرائم الإسرائيلية تزداد طولا كل دقيقة، أجد لزاما علي أن أشاطركم بعض التفاصيل المروعة الواردة من غزة في إطار الهجوم الإسرائيلي الدائر منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم.

In that regard, I regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, the Israeli occupying forces have killed at least 61 Palestinians.
وفي هذا الصدد، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم أنه منذ رسالتي الأخيرة الموجهة إليكم، قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية ما لا يقل عن 61 فلسطينيا.

In fact, since my last letter to you, the Israeli occupying forces have killed at least 41 Palestinians, 15 of them killed in just the past six days since the Summit.
والواقع أنه منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم، قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية ما لا يقل عن 41 فلسطينيا، منهم 15 شخصا لقوا حتفهم في غضون الأيام الستة الماضية فحسب منذ انعقاد مؤتمر القمة.

I am pleased to report that the two countries have continued to make encouraging and important progress with highly cost-effective support from the United Nations since my last letter in March 2004.

That assault began last week and has not ceased since my last letter to you, with air strikes from warplanes and helicopter gunships and artillery fire from tanks positioned throughout the area, including between Palestinian homes in densely populated areas.

ففي واقع الأمر، اتسع نطاق وضراوة الهجوم الإسرائيلي الآثم والدموي ضد الشعب الفلسطيني والقيادة الفلسطينية منذ رسالتي الأخيرة الموجهة لكم المؤرخة 5 نيسان/أبريل 2002.

As apparent in the annexed list of martyrs killed since my last letter to you, Palestinians -- men, women and children -- are being killed nearly every day by the Israeli occupying forces.
وكما يتبين من القائمة المرفقة بالشهداء الذين سقطوا قتلى منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكما، فإن فلسطينيين - رجالا ونساء وأطفالا - يُقتلون يوميا تقريبا على أيدي قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية.

I regret to inform you that, since my last letter to you and the convening of the emergency meeting of the Security Council on Saturday, 1 March 2008, the Palestinian death toll has continued to rise as a result of the military onslaught unleashed by Israel, the occupying Power, against the Palestinian civilian population in the Gaza Strip.
يؤسفني أن أبلغكم أنه منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم وانعقاد الاجتماع الطارئ لمجلس الأمن يوم السبت 1 آذار/مارس 2008، ما زالت حصيلة القتلى الفلسطينيين في تصاعد مستمر نتيجة الهجوم العسكري الذي شنته إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، ضد السكان المدنيين الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة.

:: since my last letter four days ago (S/2012/472 of 21 June 2012) 87 more rockets were fired into Israeli communities.

In this regard, since 7 July 2014, Israel, the occupying Power, has brutally killed at least 184 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip alone; more than 70 have been killed in the period since my last letter to you, dated 11 July, and since the clear call by the Security Council on 12 July for a ceasefire and for respect of international humanitarian law, including through the protection of civilians.
وفي هذا الصدد، ومنذ 7 تموز/يوليه 2014، قتلت إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، بطريقة وحشية 184 فلسطينيا على الأقل في قطاع غزة وحده؛ ولقد قتل أكثر من 70 فلسطينيا خلال الفترة الممتدة منذ رسالتي الأخيرة الموجهة إليكم في 11 تموز/يوليه، ومنذ الدعوة الواضحة التي وجهها مجلس الأمن في 12 تموز/يوليه إلى وقف إطلاق النار واحترام القانون الإنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك حماية المدنيين.

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my regret to inform you that, since my last letter, at least six Palestinians, including one child, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs to 2,533 Palestinians. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified thus far are contained in the annex to the present letter.)
وتبعا لذلك ومتابعة للرسائل المذكورة أعلاه يؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأنه منذ رسالتي الأخيرة فقد قتل ستة فلسطينيين من بينهم أحد الأطفال بواسطة قوة الاحتلال الإسرائيلية مما يرفع عدد الشهداء الفلسطينيين إلى 533 2 شهيدا (ترد أسماء الشهداء الذين تم تحديد هوياتهم حتى الآن في مرفق هذه الرسالة).

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my deepest regret to inform you that, since my last letter to you, at least 29 more Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,258 Palestinians. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified are contained in the annex to the present letter.)
وعليه، ومتابعة للرسائل المذكورة آنفا، أبلغكم ببالغ الأسف بأنه منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم قتل ما لا يقل عن 29 فلسطيني آخر على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مما يرفع حصيلة الشهداء الذين قتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 258 3 فلسطينيا. (ترد أسماء الشهداء الذين حددت هويتهم في مرفق هذه الرسالة).

In follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my profound regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, at least 15 more Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 4,304.
ومتابعة للرسائل المذكورة آنفا، أبلغكم ببالغ الأسف أنه منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم قتل ما لا يقل عن 15 فلسطينيا على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مما يرفع العدد الإجمالي للشهداء الذين قتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 304 4 شهداء.

In follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my profound regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, at least 22 more Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 4,326.
وإلحاقا بالرسائل المذكورة آنفا، أخبركم ببالغ الأسف أنه منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم قتل ما لا يقل عن 22 فلسطينيا آخرين على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية، مما يرفع مجموع عدد الشهداء الذين قتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 326 4 شهيداً.

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, the Israeli occupying forces have killed at least 16 Palestinians, including children, raising the total number of martyrs to 2,306 Palestinians. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified thus far are contained in the annex to the present letter.)
وبناء عليه، وإلحاقا برسائلي السابقة، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأن قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية قتلت، منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم، ما لا يقل عن 16 من الفلسطينيين، من بينهم أطفال، بما يصل بمجموع عدد الشهداء الفلسطينيين إلى 306 2 شهيدا (ترد في مرفق هذه الرسالة أسماء الشهداء الذين أمكن تحديد هويتهم حتى الآن).

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, the Israeli occupying forces have killed at least 59 Palestinians, including children, raising the total number of martyrs to 2,365 Palestinians. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified thus far are contained in the annex to the present letter.)
ومن ثم وعلى سبيل المتابعة للرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأن قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية قد قتلت منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم 59 فلسطينيا على الأقل من بينهم أطفال، ليصل بذلك مجموع الشهداء الفلسطينيين إلى 365 2 فلسطينيا. (ترد أسماء الشهداء الذين جرى التعرف عليهم حتى الآن في مرفق هذه الرسالة).

On another front, since our last letter to you, dated 28 January 2011 (A/ES10/510-S/2011/42), Israel, the occupying Power, has not ceased its illegal colonization campaign in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
ومن جانب آخر، لم تتوقف إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم، المؤرخة 28 كانون الثاني/يناير 2011 (A/ES-10/510-S/2011/42)، عن حملتها غير القانونية في إقامة المستوطنات في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية.
