UN ٣٤-٣٣ ينجم التدهور البيئي في منطقة الاسكوا عن الادارة غير المناسبة للموارد من أرض ومياه وطاقة، وعن غياب الوعي العام وعن اﻷنظمة والسياسات غير الملائمة.
