" (a) Any staff member of a member organization of the Pension Fund which has accepted the jurisdiction of the Tribunal in Pension Fund cases who is eligible under article 21 of the regulations of the Fund as a participant in the Fund, even if his employment has ceased, and any person who has acceded to such staff member's rights upon his death;

(b) The withdrawal settlement to which the former Fund participant would have been entitled under article 31 of the Regulations of the Pension Fund, upon separation from the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund.
(ب) تسوية الانسحاب التي كانت ستُستحق للمشترك السابق في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية بموجب المادة 31 من النظام الأساسي لصندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، لدى انتهاء خدمته في أي منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.

(a) Any staff member of a member organization of the Pension Fund which has accepted the jurisdiction of the Tribunal in Pension Fund cases who is eligible under article 21 of the regulations of the Fund as a participant in the Fund, even if his or her employment has ceased, and any person who has acceded to such staff member's rights upon his or her death;

(أ) أي موظف تابع لأي منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية قبلت اختصاص محكمة الاستئناف في قضايا صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، يكون مستوفيا لشروط الاشتراك في الصندوق بموجب المادة 21 من نظامه الأساسي، حتى وإن انتهت خدمته، وأي شخص يخلف ذلك الموظف في حقوقه عند وفاته؛

A former Provident Fund participant may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon entering the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becoming a Pension Fund participant within six months after separation from the service of OSCE by electing within a further period of six months to transfer all the accrued entitlements in the Provident Fund to the Pension Fund.
1 - يجوز للمشترِك السابق في صندوق الادخار أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عندما يلتحق بالخدمة في أي منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية ويصبح مشترِكا في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الخدمة لدى المنظمة، وعندما يختار، في غضون تلك الفترة، نقل جميع الاستحقاقات المتراكمة من صندوق الادخار إلى صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.

A former Provident Fund participant may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon entering the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becoming a Pension Fund participant within six months after separation from the service of OSCE, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer all the accrued entitlements in the Provident Fund to the Pension Fund.
1 - يجوز للمشترِك السابق في صندوق الادخار أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عندما يلتحق بالخدمة في أي منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية ويصبح مشترِكا في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الخدمة لدى المنظمة، وعندما يختار، في غضون تلك الفترة، نقل جميع الاستحقاقات المتراكمة من صندوق الادخار إلى صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.

3.1 A former official of ISS who has not received a benefit under the ISS Scheme may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present agreement upon entering the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becoming a Fund participant within six months after separation from the service of ISS, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer the accrued entitlements from the ISS Scheme to the Pension Fund.
3-1 يجوز للموظف السابق في المعهد، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب خطة المعهد، أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عند بدءِ الخدمة في منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية والاشتراكِ في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء الخدمة لدى المعهد، بأن يختار في غضون فترة ستة أشهر أخرى نقل الاستحقاقات المتراكمة له من خطة المعهد إلى صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.

3.1 A former official of ESA who has not received a benefit under the ESA Scheme may elect to be covered by the provisions of the present Agreement upon entering the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund and becoming a Fund participant within six months after separation from the service of ESA, by electing within a further period of six months to transfer the accrued entitlements from the ESA Scheme to the Pension Fund.
3-1 يجوز للموظف السابق في الوكالة، الذي لم يحصل على استحقاق بموجب خطة الوكالة أن يختار الخضوع لأحكام هذا الاتفاق عندما يلتحق بالخدمة في منظمة عضو في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية ويشترك في الصندوق، في غضون ستة أشهر من انتهاء خدمته لدى الوكالة، بأن يختار، في غضون ستة أشهر أخرى، نقل جميع الاستحقاقات المتراكمة من خطة الوكالة إلى صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية.
