In the light of the reorganization of the Human Rights Office in Baghdad and to ensure that appropriate staffing resources are dedicated to implementing activities within the three thematic clusters at national level, it is proposed to transfer one Human Rights Officer position (P-3) from Erbil to Baghdad.
