Violation of that rule was deemed equivalent to an act of corruption.
ويعد الاخلال بهذه القاعدة مساويا لعمل من أعمال الفساد.

The authorities of that State party confirmed, however, that if the elements of a given offence were considered to constitute an act of corruption under the Convention, extradition would not be refused.
إلا أنَّ سلطات تلك الدولة الطرف أكدت أنه إذا كانت أركان جريمة معينة تشكل عملاً من أعمال الفساد وفقاً للاتفاقية، فإن طلب التسليم لا يُرفض.

Article 35 requires States to ensure that entities or persons who have suffered damage as a result of an act of corruption have the right to initiate legal proceedings against those responsible for that damage in order to obtain compensation.
