127. The Committee welcomes the State party's international and bilateral technical cooperation activities and financial assistance aimed at preventing the involvement of children in armed conflict and assisting recovery of child victims of armed conflict and of child combatants.
127- وترحب اللجنة بما تضطلع به الدولة الطرف من أنشطة في مجال التعاون التقني الدولي والثنائي وبما تقدمه من مساعدة مالية تهدف إلى منع مشاركة الأطفال في النـزاعات المسلحة وتساعد على تعافي الأطفال ضحايا النـزاعات المسلحة والأطفال المقاتلين.

10. Acknowledges the important contribution of the Enhanced Integrated Framework, of which UNCTAD is one of the participating agencies, and invites the UNCTAD secretariat to intensify its cooperation with the Enhanced Integrated Framework in order to complement its technical cooperation activities and capacity-building for LDCs;

Underlines the importance of priority setting and resources allocation as tools for enhancing agency effectiveness; and requests the UNCTAD secretariat to disseminate the summary of the discussions of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts on this topic to all interested States, including through its technical cooperation activities and peer reviews;
5- يؤكد أهمية تحديد الأولويات وتخصيص الموارد كأداتين لزيادة فعالية الوكالات؛ ويطلب إلى أمانة الأونكتاد أن تُعمم موجز مناقشات فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي بشأن هذا الموضوع على جميع الدول المهتمة، بوسائل من بينها ما تضطلع به من أنشطة في مجال التعاون التقني واستعراضات النظراء؛

10. Emphasizes the importance of applying competition law to cartels; takes note of the challenges that young competition agencies face, as well as the best practices reviewed during the session; and requests the UNCTAD secretariat to disseminate the summary of the discussions of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts on this topic to all interested competition agencies, including through its technical cooperation activities and peer reviews;

Urges the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, within its mandates, taking into consideration the recommendations of the United Nations study on violence against children, to explore ways in which preventing and responding to violence against children can be incorporated into its technical cooperation activities in the area of children and the justice system, taking into account General Assembly resolution 61/146 of 19 December 2006;
