وتبعا لذلك فإن المنهاج يدعو بشكل محدد الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية إلى أن تدرج معلومات عن التدابير المتخذة لتنفيذ المنهاج عندما تقدم تقارير بموجب المادة ١٨ من الاتفاقية بغية تيسير أعمال هذه اللجنة فيما يختص بالرصد الفعال لقدرة المرأة على التمتع بالحقوق التي تكفلها الاتفاقية.

The Committee also asked the Government to study article 2 of the Convention with a view to including in its subsequent reports its comments on the legislation or other structures that were preventing it from implementing that article.
وطلبت اللجنة أيضا الى الحكومة دراسة المادة ٢ من الاتفاقية بغية تضمين تقاريرها اللاحقة تعليقاتها على التشريعات أو البنى اﻷخرى التي تمنعها من تنفيذ هذه المادة.

The Committee also encourages the State party to review its declarations on articles 12, 13 and 15 of the Convention, with a view to removing them.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضاً على إعادة النظر في إعلاناتها المتعلقة بالمواد 12 و16 و15 من الاتفاقية بغية سحب تلك الإعلانات.

25. Emphasizes the importance of the implementation of Part XII of the Convention in order to protect and preserve the marine environment, including coastal areas, and its living marine resources against pollution and physical degradation;
25 - تؤكد أهمية تنفيذ الجزء الثاني عشر من الاتفاقية بغية حماية وحفظ البيئة البحرية، بما فيها المناطق الساحلية، ومواردها البحرية الحية، من التلوث والتدهور المادي؛

The State party therefore needed to adopt more temporary special measures and should also pay special attention to article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention, in order to avoid any confusion between general policies aimed at encouraging equality and temporary special measures intended to bring such equality about.
ولذلك فإن الدولة الطرف بحاجة إلى اعتماد مزيد من التدابير الخاصة المؤقتة وينبغي لها أيضا أن تولي الاهتمام الخاص للمادة 4، الفقرة 1، من الاتفاقية بغية تفادي أي لبس بين السياسات العامة الرامية إلى تشجيع المساواة والتدابير الخاصة المؤقتة التي يقصد بها تحقيق تلك المساواة.

26. The Committee recommends that the State party consider making the declarations envisaged under articles 21 and 22 of the Convention in order to recognize the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications.
26- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تنظر في تقديم الإعلانين المنصوص عليهما في المادتين 21 و22 من الاتفاقية بغية الاعتراف بصلاحية اللجنة في تلقي البلاغات والنظر فيها.

14. Her delegation supported the decision taken by the States Parties, in May 1995, to amend article 20, paragraph 1, of the Convention in order to allow the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women sufficient meeting time, and it hoped that the amendment would soon enter into force.
١٤ - إن سلوفينيا تؤيد قرار الدول اﻷطراف الذي اتخذ في أيار/مايو ١٩٩٥ بتعديل الفقرة ١ من المادة ٢٠ من الاتفاقية بغية تكريس مزيد من الوقت لاجتماعات اللجنة وتأمل في أن يصبح هذا التعديل نافذ المفعول في أقرب وقت ممكن.

142. The Committee urges the State Party to take urgent steps to reconcile its Passport Regulations with the provisions of the Constitution and article 9 of the Convention in order to eliminate all provisions that discriminate against women in the area of nationality and citizenship.
142 - واللجنة تحث الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ خطوات عاجلة للتوفيق بين قانون إصدار الجوازات والقواعد التنظيمية المعمول بها في هذا الصدد مع أحكام الدستور والمادة 9 من الاتفاقية بغية إبطال جميع الأحكام التي تنطوي على تمييز ضد المرأة في مجال الجنسية والمواطنة.

35. 4. The establishment of a system of recurrent review of prisons as required by article 11 of the Convention with a view to improving conditions in prisons.
٤- وضع نظام للاستعراض الدوري للسجون، كما تشترط المادة ١١ من الاتفاقية بغية تحسين الظروف في السجون.

The Committee wishes to encourage the State party to consider reviewing its reservation to article 30 of the Convention with a view to withdrawing it.
٠٨ - تود اللجنة أن تشجع الدولة الطرف على النظر في مراجعة تحفظها بشأن المادة ٠٣ من الاتفاقية بغية سحبه.

The Committee recommends that the State party conduct regular reviews of its legislation in accordance with article 11, paragraph 3, of the Convention, with a view to reducing the number of barriers women face in the labour market.
وتوصي اللجنة بأن تجري الدولة الطرف استعراضات منتظمة لتشريعاتها وفقا للفقرة 3 من المادة 11 من الاتفاقية بغية الحد من عدد الحواجز التي تواجهها المرأة في سوق العمل.
