111. The Committee is concerned over the administration of juvenile justice in India and its incompatibility with articles 37, 40 and 39 of the Convention and other relevant international standards.
111- تشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء إدارة شؤون قضاء الأحداث في الهند وعدم تمشيها مع المواد 37 و40 و39 من الاتفاقية وغيرها من الصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة.

793. The situation in relation to the administration of juvenile justice, and its incompatibility with articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other relevant international standards, is a matter of concern to the Committee.
٣٩٧ - ومن اﻷمور المثيرة لقلق اللجنة الحالة فيما يتعلق بإدارة إقامة العدل لﻷحداث وعدم توافقها مع المواد ٧٣ و٩٣ و٠٤ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة.

4. Urges States parties to the Convention which have made reservations to review the compatibility of their reservations with article 51 of the Convention and other relevant rules of international law, with the aim of withdrawing them;
٤ - تحث الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية التي أبدت تحفظات على أن تعيد النظر في توافق تحفظاتها مع المادة ١٥ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي ذات الصلة، بغية سحبها؛

149. The situation in relation to the administration of juvenile justice, and its incompatibility with articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other relevant international standards, is a matter of concern to the Committee.
٩٤١- ومن اﻷمور المثيرة لقلق اللجنة الحالة فيما يتعلق بإدارة إقامة العدل لﻷحداث وعدم توافقها مع المواد ٧٣ و٩٣ و٠٤ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة.

(a) Ensure that the draft law conforms to article 22 of the Convention and other international standards on the protection of and assistance for refugee children, expedite its promulgation and ensure its effective implementation;
(أ) ضمان أن يكون مشروع القانون متمشيا مع أحكام المادة 22 من الاتفاقية وغيرها من المعايير الدولية المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال اللاجئين وتقديم المساعدة إليهم، والإسراع بإصداره، وضمان تنفيذه بصورة فعالة؛

4. Urges States parties to the Convention that have made reservations to review the compatibility of their reservations with article 51 of the Convention and other relevant rules of international law, with the aim of withdrawing them;
٤ - تحث الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية التي أبدت تحفظات على أن تعيد النظر في توافق تحفظاتها مع المادة ٥١ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي ذات الصلة، بغية سحبها؛

9. Urges States parties to the Convention that have made reservations to review the compatibility of their reservations with article 51 of the Convention and other relevant rules of international law, with a view to considering their withdrawal;
٩- تحث الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية التي أدلت بتحفظات على إعادة النظر في تلاؤم تحفظاتها مع المادة ٥١ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي ذات الصلة، بغية النظر في سحبها؛

4. Urges States parties to the Convention that have made reservations to review the compatibility of their reservations with article 51 of the Convention and other relevant rules of international law, with the aim of withdrawing them;
٤ - تحث الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية التي أبدت تحفظات على أن تعيد النظر في ملاءمة تحفظاتها مع المادة ٥١ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي ذات الصلة، بغية سحبها؛

198. The Committee is of the opinion that the system of administration of juvenile justice in the Sudan is not fully compatible with articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other relevant United Nations standards.
٨٩١ - وترى اللجنة أن نظام إدارة قضاء اﻷحداث في السودان لا يتفق تماما مع المواد ٣٧ و ٣٩ و ٤٠ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

6. Urges States parties to the Convention that have made reservations to review the compatibility of their reservations with article 51 of the Convention and other relevant rules of international law, with the aim of withdrawing them;
٦ - تحث الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية التـي أبـدت تحفظات علـى إعـادة النظـر فــي تـلاؤم تحفظاتها مع المادة ٥١ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي ذات الصلة، بغية سحبها؛

6. Urges States parties to the Convention that have made reservations to review the compatibility of their reservations with article 51 of the Convention and other relevant rules of international law, with the aim of withdrawing them;
٦ - تحث الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية التـي أبـدت تحفظات على إعادة النظر في مدى إتساق تحفظاتها مع المادة ٥١ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي ذات الصلة، بغية سحبها؛

30. The Committee recommends that the State party envisage undertaking a reform of the system of juvenile justice in the spirit of articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other United Nations standards in this field, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.
٠٣- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في إجراء إصلاح لنظام قضاء اﻷحداث يستوحي روح المواد ٧٣ و٩٣ و٠٤ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة في هذا الميدان، مثل " قواعد بيجين " ، و " مبادئ الرياض التوجيهية " ، و " قواعد اﻷمم المتحدة لحماية اﻷحداث المجردين من حريتهم " .

212. The Committee recommends that the State party envisage undertaking a reform of the system of juvenile justice in the spirit of articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other United Nations standards in this field, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.
٢١٢- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في إجراء إصلاح لنظام قضاء اﻷحداث يستوحي روح المواد ٧٣ و٩٣ و٠٤ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة في هذا الميدان، مثل " قواعد بيجين " ، و " مبادئ الرياض التوجيهية " ، و " قواعد اﻷمم المتحدة لحماية اﻷحداث المجردين من حريتهم " .

The Committee recommends that the State party envisage undertaking a reform of the system of juvenile justice in the spirit of articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other United Nations standards in this field, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of Their Liberty.
٩٣٦ - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في إجراء إصلاح لنظام قضاء اﻷحداث يستوحي روح المواد ٧٣ و٩٣ و٠٤ من الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة في هذا الميدان، مثل " قواعد بيجين " ، و " مبادئ الرياض التوجيهية " ، و " قواعد اﻷمم المتحدة لحماية اﻷحداث المجردين من حريتهم " .

13. To the extent compatible with articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other relevant United Nations standards and rules, the Committee suggests that States parties respect the methods customarily practised by indigenous peoples for dealing with criminal offences committed by children when it is in the best interests of the child;
13- تقترح اللجنة أن تحترم الدول الأطراف الأساليب التي تمارسها الشعوب الأصلية عرفياً للتعامل مع الجُنَح التي يرتكبها الأطفال عندما يكون في هذه الأساليب ما يخدم مصالح الطفل الفضلى، وذلك بقدر ما تتماشى تلك الأساليب مع المواد 37 و39 و40 من الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير وقواعد الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة؛

(b) Ensure that legislation regulating NGOs conforms to article 15 of the Convention and other international standards on freedom of association, as a step in facilitating and strengthening their participation.
(ب) ضمان مطابقة التشريعات الخاصة بالمنظمات غير الحكومية للمادة 15 من الاتفاقية وغيرها من المعايير الدولية المتعلقة بحرية تكوين الجمعيات، كخطوة في سبيل تسهيل وتعزيز مشاركتها.

(b) Ensure that legislation regulating NGOs conforms to article 15 of the Convention and other international standards on freedom of association, as a step in facilitating and strengthening their participation.
(ب) ضمان تطابق التشريعات التي تنظم المنظمات غير الحكومية مع المادة 15 من الاتفاقية وغيرها من المعايير الدولية المتعلقة بحرية تكوين الجمعيات، كخطوة لتيسير وتعزيز مشاركتها.
