(b) That the host Party agrees to the financial provision, in accordance with paragraphs 18 to 21 of appendix B to this annex, described in the project design document;

Verification and certification shall continue beyond the end of the last crediting period of the proposed CCS project activity and shall only cease after the monitoring of the geological storage site has been terminated in accordance with the conditions for the termination of monitoring, as set out in paragraph 16 of appendix B to this annex.

For the preparation of the project design document, this appendix outlines issues to be addressed in the analysis of environmental and socio-economic impacts of afforestation and reforestation project activities under the CDM, as required under paragraphs X, Y and Z of appendix B of the present annex.
1- لأغراض إعداد وثيقة تصميم المشروع، يبين هذا التذييل القضايا التي يجب التصدي لها في تحليل الآثار البيئية والاجتماعية - الاقتصادية لأنشطة مشاريع التحريج وإعادة التحريج في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة، على النحو المطلوب في الفقرات X وY وZ من التذييل باء لهذا المرفق.

(e) Establish means for addressing liability arrangements for carbon dioxide geological storage sites, taking into account the provisions set out in paragraphs 22 to 25 of appendix B to this annex;
(ﻫ) تحدد سبلاً لمعالجة ترتيبات المسؤولية المتعلقة بمواقع التخزين الجيولوجي لثاني أكسيد الكربون، مع مراعاة الأحكام المبينة في الفقرات من 22 إلى 25 من التذييل باء من هذا المرفق؛

(b) The geological storage site has been characterized and selected in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 5 of appendix B to this annex and the conditions set out in paragraph 1 to 3 of appendix B to this annex are fulfilled;

(f) Provisions for liability have been agreed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the host Party and the provisions set out in paragraphs 22 to 25 of appendix B to this annex;

(g) Financial provisions have been put in place by the project participants in accordance with the requirements set out in paragraphs 18 to 21 of appendix B to this annex;
(ز) وضع أحكام مالية من جانب المشاركين في المشاريع وفقاً للمتطلبات المبيَّنة في الفقرات من 18 إلى 21 من التذييل باء من هذا المرفق؛

(c) That the host Party accepts the allocation of liability as proposed in the project design document and the transfer of liability referred to in paragraph 25 of appendix B to this annex;
(ج) أن الطرف المضيف يوافق على توزيع المسؤولية على النحو المقترح في وثيقة تصميم المشروع ونقل المسؤولية المشار إليها في الفقرة 25 من التذييل باء من هذا المرفق؛

(a) Determine whether monitoring was conducted in accordance with the monitoring plan and the provisions for monitoring set out in paragraphs 10 to 17 of appendix B to this annex;
(أ) تحديد ما إذا كان الرصد قد أُجري وفقاً لخطة الرصد وأحكام الرصد المبيّنة في الفقرات من 10 إلى 17 من التذييل باء من هذا المرفق؛

(g) A staff member to whom an education grant is payable under paragraphs (i), (ii) or (iv) of appendix B to the present Rules in respect of the child's attendance at an educational institution shall be entitled to travel expenses for the child of one return journey each scholastic year between the educational institution and the duty station, under conditions established by the Secretary-General.
(ز) للموظف الذي يستحق أن تدفع له منحة تعليم بموجب الفقرات ' 1` و ' 2` و ' 4` من التذييل باء لهذا النظام الإداري لانتظام ولده في مؤسسة تعليمية، الحق في الحصول، في كل سنة دراسية، على مصاريف سفر الولد لرحلة واحدة ذهابا وإيابا بين المؤسسة التعليمية ومركز العمل وفقا للشروط التي يضعها الأمين العام.
