Pursuant to General Assembly resolution 63/193, the high-level segment of the Twelfth Congress was held from 17 to 19 April 2010.
59- وعملاً بقرار الجمعية العامة 63/193، عُقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر من 17 إلى 19 نيسان/أبريل 2010.

3. Also decides that the highlevel segment of the Twelfth Congress shall be held during the last two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government and Government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress;
3 - تقرر أيضا أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر في اليومين الأخيرين من المؤتمر، بغرض إتاحة الفرصة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات والوزراء للتركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية من جدول أعمال المؤتمر؛

3. Also decides that the high-level segment of the Twelfth Congress shall be held during the last two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government and Government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress;
3- تُقرّر أيضا أن يُعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر خلال اليومين الأخيرين من المؤتمر، بغية إتاحة المجال لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات والوزراء للتركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية من جدول أعمال المؤتمر؛

Reiterates its decision, contained in its resolution 63/193, that the highlevel segment of the Twelfth Congress shall be held during the last two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government or government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress;
5 - تكرر تأكيد ما قضت به في قرارها 63/193 بأن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر في اليومين الأخيرين من المؤتمر، بغرض إتاحة الفرصة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء للتركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية من جدول أعمال المؤتمر؛

The Assembly decided that the high-level segment of the Twelfth Congress would be held during the last two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government and government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress.
4- وقرّرت الجمعية العامة أن يُعقَد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر في اليومين الأخيرين من المؤتمر، لكي تُتاح لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات وللوزراء فرصة التركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية في جدول أعمال المؤتمر.

Reiterates its decision, contained in its resolution 63/193, that the high-level segment of the Twelfth Congress shall be held during the last two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government or government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress;
5 - تكرر تأكيد ما قضت به في قرارها 63/193 بأن يُعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر في اليومين الأخيرين من المؤتمر، بغرض إتاحة الفرصة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات والوزراء للتركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية من جدول أعمال المؤتمر؛

It also decided that the high-level segment of the Twelfth Congress will be held during the last two days of the Congress, and that the main theme will be " Comprehensive strategies for global challenges: crime prevention and criminal justice systems and their development in a changing world " , and approved the provisional agenda for the Congress.
وقررت أيضا أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر في اليومين الأخيرين من المؤتمر، وأن يكون الموضوع الرئيسي للمؤتمر " الاستراتيجيات الشاملة لمواجهة التحديات العالمية: نظم منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية وتطورها في عالم متغير " ، ووافقت على جدول الأعمال المؤقت للمؤتمر.

In its resolution 63/193, the General Assembly decided that the high-level segment of the Twelfth Congress should be held during the last two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government and Government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items.
وقررت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 63/193، أن يُعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر في اليومين الأخيرين من المؤتمر، لكي تتاح لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات وللوزراء فرصة التركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية في جدول أعمال المؤتمر.

In the same resolution, the Assembly decided to hold the Twelfth Congress in Salvador, Brazil, from 12 to 19 April 2010, with pre-Congress consultations to be held on 11 April 2010; and decided that the high-level segment of the Twelfth Congress should be held during the last two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government and Government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress.
وقرَّرت الجمعية في القرار نفسه عقد المؤتمر الثاني عشر في سلفادور بالبرازيل في الفترة من 12 إلى 19 نيسان/أبريل 2010، مع عقد مشاورات سابقة له في 11 نيسان/أبريل 2010، كما قررت عقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر أثناء يوميه الأخيرين لكي يتسنّى لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات والوزراء أن يركّزوا على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية في جدول أعمال المؤتمر.
