65. The third paragraph should also be amended to read " Also decides to consider the request of Belarus for reclassification from group B to group C at its resumed forty-ninth session and to take action not later than the fiftieth regular session of the General Assembly. "

7. Mrs. EMERSON (Portugal) expressed satisfaction at the consensus reached on relocating Belarus from group B to group C. She reiterated her Government's support for the work of the High-level Open-ended Working Group on the Financial Situation of the United Nations, which, it hoped, would lead to decisions correcting the unfair situations of other Member States not affected by the draft resolution just adopted.
