" Recommendations and reports " means recommendations and reports to the Conference of the Parties adopted by the Committee under paragraphs 33 - 35 of the annex to decision SC-1/7;

Paragraph 3 of the annex to decision IV/5 further states that protected areas should be integrated into wider strategies for preventing adverse effects on marine and coastal ecosystems from external activities.
وتنص الفقرة 3 من المرفق بالمقرر 1 V/5 كذلك على أنه ينبغي أن تدمج المناطق المحمية في استراتيجيات أوسع نطاقا لمنع الآثار المعاكسة على الأنظمة الإيكولوجية البحرية والساحلية المترتبة على أنشطة خارجية.

57- علـى كل طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول بالاتفاقية أن يدرج المعلومات التالية في تقريره المشار إليه في الفقرة 2 من الفرع أولاً- هاء من المرفق بالمقرر -/م أإ-1 (المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب المادة 7 من بروتوكول كيوتو):

Definitions " A member " means a member of the Committee, appointed under paragraphs 2 - 9 of the annex to decision SC-1/7 of the Conference of the Parties ( " Terms of reference of the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee " ), who has filed with the Chair a declaration of non-disclosure;

The present code of practice shall be applied to information received by the Committee under Article 8 of the Convention in the work of the meetings of the Committee, in the intersessional period and to the work of any working group established under paragraph 29 of the annex to decision SC-1/7, and to the use of conclusions based on and reference to confidential information in recommendations and reports of the Committee.
15 - تسري مدونة السلوك هذه على المعلومات التي تتلقاها اللجنة بموجب المادة 8 من الاتفاقية ضمن عمل اجتماعات اللجنة، وفي فترة ما بين الدورات عمل أي فريق عامل ينشأ بمقتضى الفقرة 29 من المرفق بالمقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/7 ولاستخدام الاستنتاجات التي تعتمد على وتستند إلى المعلومات السرية الواردة في توصيات وتقارير اللجنة.

tCERs and lCERs may not be transferred to cancellation accounts of Annex I Parties referred to in paragraph 21 (c) and (d) of the annex to decision 13/CMP.1 or, where excess CERs were issued, to the cancellation account of the CDM registry referred to in paragraph 3 (c) of appendix D to the annex to decision 17/CP.7.
52- لا يجوز نقل وحدات التخفيض المعتمد المؤقتة والطويلة الأجل إلى حسابات الإلغاء الخاصة بالأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول بالاتفاقية والمشار إليها في الفقرتين 21(ج) و(د) من المرفق بالمقرر 13/م أإ-1 أو، في حالة إصدار كمية مفرطة من وحدات التخفيض المعتمد للانبعاثات، إلى حسابات الإلغاء الخاصة بسجل آلية التنمية النظيفة والمشار إليها في الفقرة 3(ج) من التذييل دال بمرفق المقرر 17/م أ-7.
