25. A transfer of liability from the project participants to the host Party shall be effected after:

Have received from the project participants a formal letter from the designated national authority of the host Party, including confirmation that the project activity assists the host Party in achieving sustainable development; and

If the information is not sufficient, the designated operational entity may request further information from the project participants, as appropriate, and, where appropriate, provide recommendations for the modification of the methodologies used.
فإذا كانت المعلومات غير كافية جاز للكيان التشغيلي المعين أن يطلب من المشاركين في المشروع تزويده بالمزيد منها، حسب الاقتضاء، وجاز له أن يقدم، عند الاقتضاء، توصيات لتعديل المنهجيات المستخدمة.

Information obtained from project participants marked as proprietary or confidential shall not be disclosed without the written consent of the provider of the information, except as required by applicable national law of the host Party.
40- لا تفشى المعلومات التي يتم الحصول عليها من المشاركين في المشروع والتي تكون مسجلة الملكية أو سرية بدون الموافقة الخطية لمقدم المعلومات، إلا إذا قضى القانون الوطني للطرف المضيف بذلك.

37- + لا تفشى المعلومات التي يتم الحصول عليها من المشاركين في المشروع والتي تكون مسجلة الملكية أو سرية بدون الموافقة الخطية لمقدم المعلومات، إلا إذا قضى القانون الوطني بذلك(29).

The crediting period for a project is the period of validity of the validated baseline defined as the shortest of (a) the operational life of the project activity; (b) [x] years; and (c) the period proposed by the project participants.
61 - مدى تقديم الإعتمادات بالنسبة إلى مشروعٍ ما هي فترة صلاحية خط الأساس المصادق عليه والمعرف بأنه الأقصر (أ) الحياة العملية لنشاط مشروع؛ (ب) [س] من السنوات؛ (ج) الفترة المقترحة من المشاركين في المشروع.
