كما تطلب الجمعية العامة الى إسرائيل، في الفقرة ٣ المستحدثة أن تخضع جميع المرافق النووية غير الخاضعة للضمانات لكامل نطاق ضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، باعتبار ذلك تدبيرا هاما من تدابير بناء الثقة بين جميع دول المنطقة، وخطوة نحو تعزيز السلم واﻷمن.
