In its resolution 2005/5, the Commission requested the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance to continue to reflect on the issue and to make relevant recommendations in his report to it at its sixtysecond session, taking into account the views of Governments as well as nongovernmental organizations (see also paragraphs 40 and 41 below).
