1. In paragraph 2 of its resolution 63/242, the General Assembly expressed its profound concern about and its unequivocal condemnation of all forms of racism and racial discrimination, including related acts of racially motivated violence, xenophobia and intolerance, as well as propaganda activities and organizations that attempt to justify or promote racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in any form.
1 - أعربت الجمعية العامة، في الفقرة 2 من قرارها 63/242، عن بالغ قلقها وإدانتها القاطعة لكل أشكال العنصرية والتمييز العنصري، بما فيها أعمال العنف المرتكبة بدافع من العنصرية وكراهية الأجانب والتعصب، وللأنشطة الدعائية والمنظمات التي تسعى إلى تبرير أو تشجيع العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب بأي شكل من الأشكال.

The Special Rapporteur recalls that the General Assembly, in its resolution 62/220, expressed unequivocal condemnation of all forms of racism and racial discrimination, including related acts of racially motivated violence, xenophobia and intolerance, as well as propaganda activities and organizations that attempted to justify or promote racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in any form.
