25. The Special Rapporteur regrets that despite these provisions, he continues to receive reports of manifestations of racism, discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against migrants in the public and private spheres.
25- وأعرب المقرر الخاص عن أسفه لأنه على الرغم من هذه الأحكام فإنه ما يزال يتلقى تقارير عن مظاهر العنصرية والتمييز وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب ضد المهاجرين في المجالين العام والخاص.

1. Strongly condemns the manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against migrants and the stereotypes often applied to them;
1- تدين بشدة مظاهر وأعمال العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب ضد المهاجرين والقوالب النمطية التي تُلصق بهم في كثير من الأحيان؛

In that regard, he referred to the relevant provisions of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action and the outcome document of the Durban Review Conference, which strongly condemn the manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against migrants.
وفي ذلك الصدد، أشار إلى الأحكام ذات الصلة الواردة في إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان وإلى الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي التي تدين بقوة مظاهر وأعمال العنصرية، والتمييز العنصري، وكراهية الأجانب وما يرتبط بها من تعصب ضد المهاجرين.

The General Assembly called upon States to consider reviewing and, where necessary, revising immigration policies, with a view to eliminating all practices which victimize migrants and strongly condemned the manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against migrants.
وأهابت الجمعية العامة بالدول أن تنظر في أمر استعراض سياسات الهجرة وتنقيحها، عند الاقتضاء، بهدف القضاء على جميع الممارسات التي يقع ضحيتها المهاجرون وأدانت بشدة مظاهر وأعمال العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب ضد المهاجرين.

88. To tackle continuing discriminatory and xenophobic acts, there should be a target on the elimination of acts of violence and manifestations and expressions of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against migrants.
٨٨ - وللتصدي لاستمرار ارتكاب الأعمال التي تنم عن التمييز وكراهية الأجانب، ينبغي وضع غاية بشأن القضاء على أعمال العنف ومظاهر وتجليات العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب ضد المهاجرين.
