In his recent briefing to the Security Council on 19 May 2010 on the situation in the Horn of Africa, Mr. Ismael Omar Guelleh, the President of Djibouti, expressed concern that Eritrea's incursion remained the greatest national security concern of his Government and cautioned against any hasty assessment of Eritrea's renewed good faith.
