The purpose of the review of information related to a request, by a Party included in Annex I, for reinstatement of eligibility to use the mechanisms established under Articles 6, 12 and 17, pursuant to paragraph X.2 of the procedures and mechanisms relating to compliance, is:
1- إن الغرض من استعراض المعلومات المتعلقة بطلب مقدم من طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول لإعادة أهليته لاستخدام الآليات المنشأة بموجب المواد 6 و12 و17 عملاً بالفقرة العاشرة -2 من الإجراءات والآليات ذات الصلة بالامتثال هو:

9. The TEC shall elect annually a Chair and a Vice-Chair from among its members for a term of one year each, with one being a member from an Annex I Party and the other being a member from a non-Annex I Party.
9- تنتخب اللجنة سنوياً رئيساً ونائباً للرئيس من بين أعضائها لولاية سنة واحدة لكل منهما، على أن يكون أحدهما عضواً من طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول والآخر عضواً من طرف غير مدرج في المرفق الأول.

(b) To ensure that an inventory submission by a Party included in Annex I to the Convention is not reviewed by the same lead reviewers in two successive years.
