In the light of the foregoing, the Working Group is of the opinion that the deprivation of liberty of Tang Xi Tao, Han Yuejuan, Zhao Ming and Yang Chanrong is arbitrary, as being contrary to articles 10, 11, 18, 19 and 20 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and falls within category II of the principles applicable to the consideration of cases submitted to the Working Group.

In view of the abovementioned circumstances and since Mustapha Adib's deprivation of liberty has been considered arbitrary within category III of the categories applicable to the consideration of cases submitted to the Working Group, the latter has not considered it necessary to decide whether the deprivation of liberty also falls within category II.
28- ونظراً للظروف التي ورد ذكرها أعلاه، وبما أن حرمان مصطفى أديب من حريته اعتُبر تعسفياً في إطار الفئة الثالثة من فئات المبادئ الواجبة التطبيق لدى النظر في القضايا التي تُعرض على الفريق العامل، لا يرى الأخير أن من الضروري اتخاذ قرار بشأن ما إذا كان الحرمان من الحرية يندرج أيضاً ضمن الفئة الثانية.

14. On the basis of the foregoing, the Working Group renders the following opinion: the deprivation of liberty of Jaweed Al-Ghussein is arbitrary, being in contravention of article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and falls within category I of the categories applicable to the consideration of cases submitted to the Working Group.
14- وفي ضوء ما تقدم يعرب الفريق العامل عن الرأي التالي: إن حرمان جويد الغصين من الحرية تعسفي، لأنه يخل بأحكام المادة 9 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، ويندرج ضمن الفئة الثالثة من فئات المبادئ الواجبة التطبيق لدى النظر في القضايا التي تُعرض على الفريق العامل.

The deprivation of liberty of Mr. Sidi Fall during the period from 22 March 1998 to 10 April 1999 is arbitrary, as being in contravention of article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
