59. The Committee on Conferences recommended to the General Assembly that the Assembly grant waivers to the headquarters rule solely on the basis of the calendar of conferences and meetings of the United Nations which the Committee recommended for adoption by the Assembly.
٥٩ - أوصت لجنة المؤتمرات الجمعية العامة بألا تمنح الجمعية استثناء من قاعدة المقر إلا على أساس جدول مؤتمرات واجتماعات اﻷمم المتحدة الذي أوصت اللجنة الجمعية باعتماده.

9. Invites all its subsidiary bodies that are authorized to meet away from their established headquarters to keep under review the exception to the headquarters rule in the light of their current work situation and to report any changes to the General Assembly through the Committee on Conferences;
٩ - تدعو جميع هيئاتها الفرعية المأذون لها بالاجتماع خارج مقارها الدائمة إلى أن تبقي الاستثناء من قاعدة المقر محل إعادة نظر في ضوء الحالة الراهنة ﻷعمالها، وأن تقدم تقريرا عن أي تغيرات إلى الجمعية العامة عن طريق لجنة المؤتمرات؛

8. Invites all its subsidiary bodies that are authorized to meet away from their established headquarters to review, in the interest of improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness, the exception to the headquarters rule in the light of the current situation of their work, and to make recommendations thereon, through the Committee on Conferences, to the General Assembly at its fifty-second session;
٨ - تدعـو جميـع هيئاتها الفرعية المأذون لها بالاجتماع خارج مقارها الدائمة أن تستعرض، لغرض تحسين الكفاءة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة، الاستثناء من قاعدة المقر في ضوء الحالة الراهنة لعملها، وأن تقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين، عن طريق لجنة المؤتمرات توصيات في هذا الصدد؛

60. The Committee further recommended that the Assembly invite all its subsidiary bodies that were authorized to meet away from their established headquarters to keep under review the exception to the headquarters rule in the light of the current situation of their work, and to report any changes to the Assembly through the Committee on Conferences.
٠٦ - وأوصت اللجنة كذلك بأن تدعو الجمعية جميع هيئاتها الفرعية المأذون لها بالاجتماع خارج مقارها الدائمة بأن تبقي الاستثناء من قاعدة المقر قيد الاستعراض في ضوء الحالة الراهنة لعملها، وأن تبلغ الجمعية العامة، عن طريق لجنة المؤتمرات، بأي تغييرات تطرأ على ذلك.
