At its eighth session, the Conference took note in decision GC.8/Dec.11 of the information provided at the request of the External Auditor in document IDB.20/6 on audit-related matters, containing in annex 1 a suggested revision to paragraph 5 of the annex to the financial regulations.
أحاط المؤتمر في دورته الثامنة، في المقـــرّر م ع-8/ م-11، علما بالمعلومات المقدّمة بناء على طلب مراجع الحسابات الخارجي في الوثيقة IDB.20/6 بشأن المسائل المتصلة بمراجعة الحسابات، والتي تتضمن في المرفق الأول تنقيحا مقترحا للفقرة 5 من مرفق النظام المالي.

93. During the year under review, in the context of paragraph 6 (c) of the annex to the financial regulations and Rules of the United Nations, UNDP reported 27 cases of fraud or presumptive fraud to the Board.

150. In accordance with paragraph 6 (c) (i) of the annex to the financial regulations and Rules of the United Nations, UNICEF reported 30 cases of fraud or presumptive fraud to the Board during the period under review.
